Authorization required
In the email that you receive with download instructions, on clicking on the link to the download page, you should see something like the following in your browser (below example is using MacOS-X Safari):
You must enter the correct username and password before you will be granted access to the download page. If you Cancel , an Authorization required error message will appear.
If the error page has been displayed, to re-access the password-protected download page, you may need to hit the refresh button on your browser. This time, be sure to enter the correct username and password when prompted.
