RMHI privacy policy

We respect the privacy of our newsletter subscribers and of those who submit inquiries to us. It is our policy:

• Third party use. To not sell, rent, or loan our lists to third parties for e-mail marketing. While we may include relevant notices for other organizations in our e-mail newsletters, we do not allow third parties any other use of our lists.
• Unsubscriptions. To send our mailings only to those who request them, and to unsubscribe those who request it. Each of our mailings includes an "unsubscribe" link.
• Cookies. To use cookies only to add functionality to certain pages; we do NOT use cookies to develop a profile about our users.
• Security. To store subscriber lists and personal information in a secure manner. We store such files behind password protection or off-line.
