Curtis J. Kruse, M.S.

Biography

Curtis is currently Research Associate at the Rocky Mountain Herbal Institute (RMHI); he has co-authored many of the components of HerbalThink-TCM, interactive-learning software that is a key part of the curriculum at RMHI. Curt graduated from RMHI's program in Traditional Chinese Herbal Sciences, after a career in geophysics developing expert systems software. He received the M.S. in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines, 1988, and worked for an international oil company in the area of computer modeling of non-linear physical processes. Many of his skills have yielded important insights into the area of medical diagnostics and TCM herbology.

Curt's hobbies include studying Chinese language, local plant identification, organic gardening, and geometric algebra.
