Important e-commerce security tips
 

International money orders, cashier's checks, or banker's drafts

1. First contact us regarding your intended order; indicate that you prefer to pay by international money order or bank-certified draft. We will email you with details of your order, including shipping and handling charges, total cost, etc.
    
2. Send payment by international money order or bank-certified draft drawn on a U.S. bank (available at most major international banks), denominated in U.S. dollars, and payable to "Rocky Mountain Herbalists Trust".
    
   Include a brief note with your payment regarding the purpose of the payment (product you are ordering, tuition payment, etc.) and your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
    
   Address the envelope to:

3. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship the products you ordered or will notify you that your tuition payment has been received.
    

U.S. customers and students only: personal checks or US Postal Service money orders

1. First contact us regarding your intended order; mention that you prefer to pay by personal check drawn on a U.S. bank (or by USPS money order). We will email you with details of your order, including shipping and handling charges, total cost, etc.
    
2. Make personal check (or USPS money order) payable to "Rocky Mountain Herbalists Trust".
    
   Include a brief note with your payment regarding the purpose of the payment (product you are ordering, tuition payment, etc.) and your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

PayPal

PayPal.com is an e-payment solution that enables people in 55 countries to send money (and, in most countries, to receive money). You can fund your PayPal account via credit/debit card or by electronic check transfer from your bank account.

Here's how it works:

1. First contact us regarding your intended order; indicate that you prefer to pay by PayPal. We will email you with details of your order, including shipping and handling charges, total cost, etc. We will also instruct PayPal to email you a request for payment, which will include instructions for registering on the secure PayPal website.
    
2. Open your free PayPal account, if you are not already registered, and make arrangements to fund your account via credit/debit card or by electronic transfer from your bank account.
    
3. Instruct PayPal to send the required amount to our account.
    
4. As soon as we verify your payment, we will ship the products you ordered or will notify you that your tuition payment has been received.
    

Moneybookers

moneybookers.com is a global e-payment solution that enables people anywhere in the world to send and receive money. You can fund your Moneybookers account via bank wire, or by check in over 25 European countries. (Moneybookers is regulated by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom; it is similar to Paypal but accessible in a wider range of countries.)

Here's how it works:

1. First contact us regarding your intended order; indicate that you prefer to pay by Moneybookers. We will email you with details of your order, including shipping and handling charges, total cost, etc. We will also instruct Moneybookers to email you a request for payment, which will include instructions for registering on the secure Moneybookers website.
    
2. Open your free Moneybookers account - all you require is an email address plus some form of personal identification.
    
3. Upload funds to your account via bank wire or cheque.
    
4. Instruct Moneybookers to send the required amount to our account.
   Moneybookers will charge you a small transfer fee for each order.
    
5. Send us an email indicating that you have paid via Moneybookers. As soon as we verify your payment, we will ship the products you ordered or will notify you that your tuition payment has been received.
    

Western Union money transfer

(westernunion.com)
Available in 170,000 stores/offices around the world, transfers are fast and inexpensive (typically US$ 15.00 to 25.00 per transfer).

1. First contact us regarding your intended order; indicate that you prefer to pay by Western Union money transfer. We will email you with details of your order, including shipping and handling charges, total cost, etc.
    
2. Find a local agent near you by looking up "Western Union" in your phone book, or by using the "Find a local agent" link on the westernunion.com website.
    
3. Instruct your local Western Union office to send the required amount in U.S. dollars (USD) to our Director:
       Roger W. Wicke, Ph.D.; near Polson, Montana USA
   (Polson is the location of the nearest Western Union office to Hot Springs, Montana, where RMHI is located. Western Union does not accept addresses, only the personal name of the receiver.)
    
4. After you have sent the money, contact us by email to let us know any codes we will need to present to Western Union to collect the money.
    
5. As soon as we collect your payment, we will ship the products you ordered or will notify you that your tuition payment has been received.
